Five Years of Growth, Grit, and Gratitude

On October 30th, Texas Equine turned five years old—and with Thanksgiving right around the corner, we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than by reflecting on how far we’ve come and expressing our deepest gratitude to those who’ve helped us grow.
What began with just one student and one very special horse, Ginger, has grown into a dynamic, inclusive, and thriving equine education center. Today, we are proud to care for 12 incredible lesson horses, serve many students each year, and offer a wide range of programs that combine horsemanship, education, and healing.

None of this would be possible without you—our students, families, volunteers, staff, donors, and community partners. Thank you for believing in our mission and growing with us.
We’re Thankful For... A Barn Full of Purpose
Horsemanship Lessons

We’ve taught many students not just how to ride, but how to connect. Our personalized lessons help students build riding skills while also enhancing memory, focus, emotional regulation, and more. It’s horsemanship with heart—and it’s the foundation of everything we do. https://www.texaseeh.com/horsemanship-lessons

Stars & Stirrups™
Our Stars & Stirrups program honors and supports veterans and first responders through discounted lessons that focus on confidence, communication, and emotional regulation. Our STARS shine bright—and we’re honored to serve those who’ve served us. https://www.texaseeh.com/stars-stirrups
Tiny Tots

For our youngest horse lovers, Tiny Tots lessons combine fun, education, and early skill-building for students ages 2–7. With every giggle, high-five, and pony ride, we’re building confidence and joy from the ground up. https://www.texaseeh.com/tinytots
Connection Corral™

Designed for new and current horse owners, this program blends riding instruction with essential knowledge of horse care and ownership—bridging the gap between interest and informed responsibility. https://www.texaseeh.com/connectioncorral

Whether near or far, students can grow their equine knowledge from home through our interactive Zoom classes, covering breeds, safety, equipment, horsemanship, and more—for all ages and levels. https://www.texaseeh.com/virtual-education

We’ve recently opened the program to high school students aged 16 and up, and we’re already seeing the impact! https://www.texaseeh.com/internships

Our online shows allow equestrians of all levels to participate, learn, and shine from anywhere. With judge feedback, ribbons, and high point awards, it’s a welcoming space to grow your skills and celebrate your progress. https://www.texaseeh.com/horse-shows
We’re Thankful for the Magic of Books: The Texas Equine Library
