Each pathway offers valuable opportunities to build confidence, develop practical skills, and deepen your understanding of horses while becoming part of a supportive learning community.​

The Barn Experience Program is a structured 12-week volunteer program that provides consistent, hands-on experience in the daily operation of a professional teaching barn. Participants develop practical horsemanship and barn management skills while working alongside experienced instructors and equine professionals.
Our flagship four-level professional certification program prepares individuals for success in the equine industry through structured education, practical training, and competency-based skill development. Participants earn progressive certifications while building the knowledge, confidence, and experience expected of equine professionals.
